What does "Maza Dohta" Mean?

What does "Maza Dohta" mean?
The concept of  "maza" and "dohta" is from Murakami's novel, 1Q84. The terms refer to the relationship between mind and body and the connections between them.

Furthermore, I wanted "Maza Dohta" to be the name of my blog simply because it sounds beautiful. I also believe in nurturing the mind and soul as well as being in tune with one's self. I guess it's also notable that I'm a profound Murakami fan and his works have touched my life immensely.

  1. Was curious about dohta after reading 1Q84 and wound up here. Beautiful illustration!

  2. Not mind and the body. Maza is the self, and dohta is the shadow of heart and mind of that self.
